What is Access2Work?

Flagstaff has developed Access2Work to provide free training, tools, and practical guidance to support disability employment for employers and people with disability.

Is there a cost?

No. The resources and online training modules and resources are free, and users can also access a range of resources through the employer and employee hubs.

Who is it for?

Access2Work is for both employees and employers. Employers who would like to build inclusive workplaces and for people with disability who seek support on their employment journey.

What is this funded under in my NDIS plan?

Depending on your plan and goals, one on one supports including training, resume writing, job skills, applying for a job, preparing for an interview, attending an interview and getting a job is included under: Core Supports, Finding and Keeping a Job or Capacity Building. This may be covered under the line item School Leaver Employment Supports.

Where are you located?

Flagstaff is located in Wollongong with our hub based at 7/11 Flagstaff Road Port Kembla and in Nowra at 102 Pitt Street South Nowra. Transport is available under your NDIS plan.
